All the information you provide to ABR, LLC’s website are strictly private and confidential. ABR, LLC will not disclose details to any third party without your express written consent.
Ordering Information
ABR, LLC accepts orders made through the online store's order system as well as by phone. All payments for orders via our website including shipping and handling fees must be made through PayPal. For telephone orders, payments including shipping and handling fees must be made by check, credit card or money order.

Your order will be shipped approximately 1-2 business days after your check clears.
2. Credit Card (via PayPal - You no longer need to be a member!)
ABR, LLC accepts credit card or debit card payments through the secure online payment company PayPal.
After you submit your order, you will be directed to the PayPal ABR, LLC site where you can input your credit card information. It is an easy, straightforward, and secure system. However, we will be happy to provide assistance if you encounter any problems.
Almost all orders are shipped within the next 1-2 business days. We will notify you promptly if an item is backordered with an expected date, and you may choose to wait for the backorder (normal backorders can be 1- 2 weeks), or you may choose to cancel your order at which time we will promptly send you a refund.
During PayPal's checkout, the shipping information address should match your billing address to show status as "Confirmed". If "Ship To" address is different, you may note in the "Notes / Instructions" box the address where you would like your order shipped).
Shipping Method
ABR, LLC will ship your standard order via USPS Priority Mail (3-5 business days). Orders will be insured only upon request and fees applied to customer. If you would like to expedite your shipment, ABR, LLC will ship your order via UPS or FedEx with all additional fees being applied to the customer. ABR, LLC will aim to process every order within one business day. You will be notified of the status of your order when it is received (together with payment). We will send you an e-mail tracking number / confirmation at time of shipment. Shipping times depend on the respective carrier. ABR, LLC cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are not included within the price of the goods unless otherwise noted. Shipping rates apply to the Continental US, Hawaii, Alaksa, and Puerto Rico. For expedited shipping via UPS or FedEx, we are unable to ship to Post Office boxes. International shipping is available -- please e-mail us at Support@MauLCF.com for exact rates.
Ship to Multiple Addresses
Unfortunately we are not able to ship to multiple addresses at this time. Only one delivery address per order is allowed.
Tracking Your Order
You may track your order by e-mailing one of our customer care associates at OrderTracking@MauLCF.com. Please include your name and order number in the email.
Sales Tax
The ABR, LLC store is located in Puunene, Hawaii. All orders shipped within Hawaii will be charged the 4.166% general excise tax, as required by State law.
Prices
Prices are as stated on the website and are subject to change at any time without notice.
Returns
We at ABR, LLC, want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we will gladly accept your returned orders for a refund within two (2) years after receipt of your order. No returns or refunds will be allowed after two (2) years.
To make a return, please e-mail us at RMA@MauLCF.com for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Make sure to include your name, order number, and a brief description of the problem. You will need to have an RMA number before any returns or refunds will be accepted.
Please allow 2-4 business days after your items are received before your refund is processed.
Items must be returned in saleable condition with original labels, wrappings and tags. Please insure package for the full value.
Important: All shipping fees are non-refundable.
